📋 Description

• Batch, scrub, and submit primary and secondary claims electronically via Office Ally EMR, ensuring accurate ICD-10/CPT coding and demographic entry. • Monitor unpaid, pending, and rejected claims; contact insurance payors to resolve billing bottlenecks and accelerate reimbursement. • Post payments, resolve claim denials, issue clean resubmissions, and address general billing inquiries. • Manage daily claims submission and clearinghouse edits within Office Ally. • Conduct systematic Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up on outstanding insurance claims. • Identify root causes for claim rejections and denials; process appeals and corrections promptly. • Maintain clean documentation of payment postings, adjustment codes, and payor communications. • Communicate with insurance representatives, clinical teams, and patients regarding billing statuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in U.S. medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management. • Direct hands-on experience navigating Office Ally EMR and clearinghouse platforms. • Excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate professionally with payor representatives and internal staff. • Full availability to work 40 hours per week during Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. • Dedicated, private home office with a lockable door, high-speed primary internet, backup power/internet solutions, PC/Mac, and a noise-canceling headset.
