📋 Description
• Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission • Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and court requirements • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to maintain consistency and quality in filings • Provide insights and recommendations for case improvement where applicable
🎯 Requirements
• Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required) • Experience in SSDI law or fluency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable) • Strong legal writing, editing, and analytical skills • Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines • Must reside outside the U.S. (overseas candidates preferred)
