📋 Description

• Assess business processes and identify opportunities to integrate AI or automation tools for improved efficiency • Research and recommend AI-powered solutions aligned with StaffRight’s needs and workflows • Configure and implement no-code tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, and HubSpot AI • Create and document simple workflows or automations that enhance productivity • Train and support team members on newly implemented tools • Monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and suggest ongoing improvements • Work closely with the StaffRight team to streamline and improve internal operations using AI and automation tools

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • 2+ years of experience working with AI or automation tools in a business or operations setting • Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven solutions to improve processes or efficiency • Strong understanding of business workflows and how to identify automation opportunities • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical tools to non-technical users • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
