• **What You’ll Be Doing:** • - Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team • - Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues • - Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements • - Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally • - Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects • - Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements • - Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes
• **What We’re Looking For:** • - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • - Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required) • - Previous experience managing or leading a property management team • - Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software • - Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) • - Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer • **Technical Requirements:** • - Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) • - Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam • - Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) • - Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace • - Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
