📋 Description
• Support monthly and quarterly FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis). • Extract, transform, and analyse financial data from GCP BigQuery linked to Maconomy. • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for regular financial cycles. • Validate and reconcile financial data outputs to ensure reporting accuracy. • Collaborate with the AAEE team to identify efficiency opportunities in financial reporting. • Document processes and maintain data flow clarity between Maconomy, GCP, and reporting tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong foundation in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis. • Proficiency in SQL, with proven experience writing and optimising queries. • Comfortable working with data extracted from multiple systems. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Python for automation tasks. • Understanding of, or exposure to, cloud platforms (preferably GCP). • Strong analytical mindset and attention to data integrity. • Fluent in English. • Experience with financial systems integration or reporting automation (desirable). • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, or Data Studio) (desirable). • Exposure to ETL processes or data modelling (desirable).
