📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll process across multiple countries. • Review and validate payroll inputs before processing. • Validate payroll outputs through detailed review of Gross-to-Net reports. • Act as the primary liaison between HR, Shared Services Payroll, Finance, and external payroll providers. • Develop and maintain knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation. • Support payroll governance by maintaining controls and monitoring service delivery. • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in global payroll, payroll operations, HR Operations, Finance, or similar analytical role. • Experience coordinating payroll activities across multiple countries. • Understanding of payroll processes, payroll controls and statutory compliance. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret payroll data. • Excellent attention to detail with focus on data integrity, accuracy and compliance. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple payroll calendars. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS, payroll systems and reporting tools is highly desirable. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
