📋 Description

• Lead and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion • Perform risk assessments and tailor audit approaches based on client operations and industry considerations • Conduct substantive testing of financial transactions, internal controls, and account balances • Ensure financial statements and supporting documentation comply with applicable accounting and auditing standards • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients • Communicate engagement progress, findings, and recommendations clearly and proactively • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards • Stay current on evolving GAAP, auditing standards, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2+ years of public accounting experience focused on audit, review, and compilation engagements • Employee Benefit Plan audit experience • Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferred • Experience working with clients in AEC, Manufacturing, or related industries • Experience with audit software, data analytics tools, and/or CCH Engagements
