📋 Description

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Client Accounting and CFO Advisory Services practices aligned with SN’s growth objectives. • Lead and mentor a high-performing teams of accounting professionals specializing in Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint and Ajera. • Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. • Drive scalability by strengthening on and offshore delivery teams, improving processes, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding market presence in AE industry. • Leverage automation, AI tools, and ERP platforms to enhance service delivery and generate actionable client insights. Establish KPIs, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in outsourced client accounting or CFO advisory, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity leading scalability • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic financial guidance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong familiarity with Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or Ajera. • Deep understanding of AE industry challenges and opportunities. • CPA and/or MBA, a plus.
