📋 Description

‱ Develop CRM strategies for clients' Klaviyo accounts. ‱ Create editorial/content calendars. ‱ Prepare written briefs to guide designers and copywriters. ‱ Maintain client relationships (reporting, recurring calls). ‱ Track KPIs and analyze CRM campaign performance. ‱ Proactively propose new initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 2 years' experience in CRM or e‑commerce. ‱ Strong analytical and synthesis skills. ‱ Strong interest in client relations. ‱ Rigorous, curious, proactive, and humble. ‱ Committed, driven, and highly motivated.
