📋 Description

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects. • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors. • Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services. • Oversee contributions at all construction phases. • Develop engagement plans for each assigned project. • Identify new opportunities to add value and enhance customer satisfaction. • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred) • 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field. • OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred. • Proven Construction project management experience preferred. • Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization. • Skilled in team building and alignment to strategic plans. • Experience in planning and executing meetings and events. • Knowledgeable in budget management for projects. • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and smartphone use.
