• High School Diploma/GED • Minimum 3+ years of Customer Service role • SAP and SalesForce experience preferred • Self-starter with ability to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong communication skills – written and verbal • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Commitment to Customer Service • Patience and a positive work attitude • Occasional travel for onsite trainings required
