📋 Description

• Ensure the 36-month rolling forecast accurately aligns with regional growth objectives • Create and maintain baseline forecasts • Act as the primary liaison between cluster operations and business unit management • Support best-in-class Sales & Operations (S&OP) processes • Challenge and reach consensus with promotional demand planners to maximize forecast accuracy • Provide long-term demand visibility to the Supply Team • Maintain forecasting system integrity and ensure it reflects the rolling 36-month demand forecast • Support markets with demand models and own baseline forecast planning • Perform history maintenance, market analysis, and customer demand and business trend analysis at multiple aggregation levels • Continuously analyze market trends, historical data, and other factors to refine baseline forecasts • Maintain a long-term demand outlook reflecting market growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts and operational plans • Action market phase-outs and support product discontinuance, SKU rationalization, and E&O reduction • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and long-term visibility • Build and sense-check baseline forecasts, perform root cause analysis of demand issues, and provide permanent resolutions • Align with and support supply chain initiatives and lean culture projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field • Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative forecasting techniques, including statistical models and demand planning best practices • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning, consensus building, and cross-functional alignment • Ability to interpret market data, customer trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting demand • Knowledge of product introductions, discontinuations, SKU rationalization, and E&O management • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their impact on demand planning • Forecasting • Data Analysis & Interpretation • Presentation skills • Reporting Skills • English • Excel • PowerBI • JDA/Kinaxis • SAP • Powerpoint • Negotiation & Persuasion • Attention to Details • Effective Communication • Conflict Management • Analytical Mindset • Stakeholder Management • Problem Solving • Change Leadership
