📋 Description

• Design and govern the technical architecture of the Workday platform. • Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of core and advanced compensation modules. • Own end-to-end compensation-related system configuration such as compensation plans. • Serve as the subject matter expert for compensation architecture. • Oversee global compensation cycles including performance review integration. • Lead the architectural design and technical oversight of Workday modules. • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to Workday configurations. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, security configuration. • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business units to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday solutions. • Act as the final escalation point for complex architectural issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including architectural or solution design roles. • Deep functional and technical knowledge of multiple Workday modules, especially Core HCM and Compensation. • Strong understanding of integration methods, Workday Extend, calculated fields, and security best practices. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Workday solutions. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in a large, multi-national organization with complex HR requirements. • Workday certifications across multiple domains. • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks. • Familiarity with other HR technologies and APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft Entra/Active Directory).
