📋 Description

• Execute risk-based internal audit engagements across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas • Plan, scope, perform fieldwork, and report audit engagements • Participate in External Audit Direct Assist work, including testing and inventory counts • Travel to production and distribution sites as needed • Apply risk assessment, accounting, finance, IT, and operations knowledge to identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities • Analyze and interpret data using AI and analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Produce audit reports and present findings, root causes, risks, and recommendations to senior management • Monitor action-plan implementation and provide guidance for timely resolution • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization • Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks • Enhance audit methodologies, tools, techniques, and AI-enabled audit solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in internal audit or risk advisory services • Manufacturing experience is a plus • CIA, CPA, CMA, or CISA preferred • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards • Hands-on experience with AI and data analytics in audit, or a clear interest in developing expertise in this area • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distil complex topics into concise reports • Organized and deadline-driven • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Approximately 15% international travel
