• Work side-by-side with manufacturing leaders to lead operational improvement workstream(s) • Develop a workstream charter, problem-solving and data analytics, a detailed work plan, and identify operational and financial KPIs • Solve complex problems for the global manufacturing team • Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts • Coach and build capabilities of shop floor-based personnel • Support codification of newly developed approaches
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in consumer goods or similar • Critical thinking, problem-solving, analytics skills, and strategy experience • Lean / CI methodologies experience in operations • Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement certification • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
