📋 Description

• Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube • Create posts with strategic captions, hashtags, and trending audio • Monitor engagement, respond to audience comments, and track analytics for growth • Run basic paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Design high-quality visuals for brand promotions, and digital campaigns • Create user-friendly landing pages, email templates, and forms using Figma or Adobe XD • Ensure consistent and modern brand visuals across all channels • Edit video tours, Reels, testimonials, and branded content • Apply branding elements, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects • Optimize content for mobile and desktop viewing • Conduct research on social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences • Provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing strategies • Track emerging trends in the fashion industry • Recommend new tools, platforms, or strategies to increase brand visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Marketing Research, or related field • Prior experience in the fashion industry is an advantage • Familiarity with AI tools video or design tools is mandatory • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, design, and marketing research • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva • Pro Meta Business Suite or equivalent tools • Skilled in short-form video editing for TikTok/Reels (Bonus) • Familiarity with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or email marketing platforms • Excellent written and spoken English • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and analytical • Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results • Ability to work remotely during Mountain Time hours • Passion for fashion, branding, and data-driven marketing.

• Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Mountain Time (Canada) • Compensation: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
