📋 Description

• Manage relationships with buyers and procurement teams at construction companies • Monitor customers’ journey on Sienge Obra Hub • Support the activation, adoption, and recurring use of the platform • Provide consultative support throughout procurement processes, from issuing requests for quotation and analyzing responses to negotiations and purchase orders • Identify challenges, opportunities, and needs among construction companies • Drive action plans to increase engagement, recurring usage, and the results generated by the platform • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data teams • Bring the buyer’s perspective and market feedback to help drive the evolution of Sienge Obra Hub

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably at construction companies or businesses in the construction industry • Experience with quotation, negotiation, and supplier contracting processes • Knowledge of Supply Chain operations and construction-site supply routines • Knowledge of quotation comparison spreadsheets, bid equalization, purchase orders, and supplier management • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Consultative approach to interacting with buyers, procurement teams, and different areas within construction companies • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile • Ability to monitor KPIs, manage a customer portfolio, and independently execute action plans • Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems • Experience with Sienge, Power BI, B2B marketplaces, automation, or Artificial Intelligence is a plus
