📋 Description

• Plan and execute online events and webinars, including scripting and operational coordination • Lead the marketing team’s content function, combining strategic content production with hands-on video execution • Build knowledge through original research and analysis of internal data, generating market insights • Create mid- and bottom-of-funnel conversion assets, such as e-books, whitepapers, gated content, and case studies • Create materials based on proprietary and market data • Write scripts for corporate, product, and educational videos, as well as webinar and livestream clips • Support video production and recording by organizing topics, conducting interviews and testimonials, and assisting with on-camera direction • Explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B content marketing, including copywriting, research, and creation of gated content • Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn proprietary data into hypotheses and insights • Demonstrated adaptability, with experience working across multiple areas or quickly adjusting to changes in priorities • Autonomy to manage production from start to finish • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts • Portfolio featuring examples of scriptwriting • Knowledge of or interest in the construction, real estate development, or B2B real estate sectors • Experience with webinar and livestreaming tools, such as Zoom, StreamYard, Restream, or similar platforms • Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible content for different audiences
