📋 Description

• Support the development of communication plans for the General Management team • Develop communication diagnostics • Support the identification of stakeholders and information of interest • Support the development and updating of management teams’ communication matrices • Support the development and prioritization of communication plans • Support the monitoring and implementation of communication plans • Identify, format, and distribute information of interest to stakeholders • Conduct interviews and collect data • Search for information in systems and prepare reports • Prepare presentations to share information with stakeholders • Monitor and summarize Petrobras news of interest to the target audience • Monitor and summarize news of interest to external customers • Track the promotion of courses and events and prepare calendars • Organize and prepare newsletters, bulletins, management updates, executive summaries, and annual reports • Keep communication channels up to date, including intranets and portals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in communications-related activities • Strong command of Portuguese, writing techniques, and text- and image-editing software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and image-editing software • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication Sciences, Communications, Advertising and Marketing, or Marketing • Degree issued by an educational institution recognized by Brazil’s Ministry of Education (MEC) • Registration with the relevant professional council, where applicable
