📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp chat • Provide product and service information • Process order cancellations, payments, and shipment tracking requests • Assist with payment methods, advance payments, refunds, and discounts • Handle returns and shipping issues • Efficiently manage tickets in the customer care system • Complete related administrative tasks • Respond to customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot • Actively maintain customer relationships • Proactively inform customers about out-of-stock items in their orders • Ensure excellent service quality and high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably in both written and telephone support • Initial experience with digital ticketing systems, such as Zendesk, is a plus • Strong customer and service orientation • Fluency in spoken and written German • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational skills and a careful, conscientious approach to work • Ability to remain resilient in fast-paced situations • Fast typing skills and the ability to use multiple tools simultaneously • Good knowledge of MS Office • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
