• Define and execute the North American sales strategy • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers • Own and exceed regional revenue targets • Cultivate relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders • Identify new verticals, geographies, and partnership opportunities for growth • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services • Provide clear and consistent reporting on sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasts to executive leadership
• 10+ B2B enterprise software sales experience • 5+ years in a sales leadership role • Proven success in leading sales organizations in the LIMS, ELN, or broader life sciences technology sectors • Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, etc.) • Strong leadership and team development skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Background in scientific informatics, lab operations, or digital transformation initiatives
