• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across EMEA, managing timelines, communications, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes • Design and deliver engaging customer training (onsite and remote), preparing clear materials and documentation to support user adoption • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, Sales) to align on customer goals, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement • Support existing customers and identify growth opportunities, including up-selling additional modules, services, or integrations • Conduct tailored solution demonstrations for new implementations and expansion projects, showcasing value and product capabilities • Contribute to customer resources and best practices, such as help guides, FAQs, release testing feedback, and participation in user groups or trade shows • Work flexibly and independently, coordinating travel, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across global time zones
• 2+ years of experience managing customer implementations or projects in a SaaS or higher education context (e.g. Student Information Systems like Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Banner, etc.) • Proven ability to build trusted partner relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences • Excellent problem-solving, issue management, and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills • Technologically curious, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
