📋 Description

• Help us build our Instagram presence by planning and scheduling posts, Stories, and Reels to create an authentic, engaging profile. • Track basic analytics and community feedback to optimize engagement. • Collaborate with clients to generate user-generated content (UGC) and motivate them to contribute and share content. • Maintain a content library of photos, videos, and Stories for future marketing use. • Engage with our audience (startups, mentors, and alumni) to foster a vibrant community around the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, preferably studying business administration, entrepreneurship, or a technology-related field. • Passionate about supporting global startups with expansion, scaling, and fundraising. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ideally comfortable using conversational German in a business context. • Proactive and innovative approach to challenges, resilient, and deeply committed to supporting startups and driving global innovation. • Willingness to learn and develop skills in cross-cultural communication and collaboration. • Available for a minimum contract term of 6 months (longer preferred).
