📋 Description

• Train and support participants Monday–Friday. • Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, including slides, to support effective learning and mastery of ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and ITSM. • Work closely with internal teams and our partner ServiceNow to identify precise training needs and tailor course content and teaching methods accordingly. • Regularly update and revise course materials to reflect the latest developments and insights in ServiceNow technology and to enhance the educational value for participants. • Collaborate collegially with other trainers to provide a consistent, enriching learning experience and ensure comprehensive training outcomes for all participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with expertise in CSA, CAD, ITSM, and scripting, and strong JavaScript skills. • Knowledge in additional areas such as CSM, HRSD, and WSD is a significant advantage. • Ideally hold the official certifications in the aforementioned areas. • Professional English skills required. • Demonstrated success as a trainer. • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow and familiarity with industry best practices. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engagingly. • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback, with the ability to adjust to changing program requirements.
