📋 Description

• Gestire le candidature per i programmi Startup Builder e Startup Booster, analizzando e selezionando le startup da ammettere • Mantenere la comunicazione e fornire supporto operativo alle startup selezionate e alla community di Startupper • Revisionare i deliverable delle startup e fornire feedback per migliorarne i risultati • Supportare la gestione delle attività di vendita inbound e la creazione di nuove opportunità di business • Fornire supporto 1.1 ai team dei programmi di incubazione e accelerazione • Monitorare e analizzare i dati sulle performance dell’incubatore e delle startup incubate, producendo report periodici • Collaborare con Mentor e team per l’allineamento strategico e la gestione delle attività di open innovation con corporate partner • Svolgere attività di scouting startup per il Club degli Investitori e creare valore per il network degli investitori

🎯 Requirements

• Massima curiosità e interesse nel mondo startup e conoscenza base di come funziona • Interesse 10X per il mondo delle startup e dell’innovazione • Abilità analitiche e approccio data-driven • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali • Ottima conoscenza di Excel o Google Sheets • Intraprendenza e proattività • Capacità di rispettare scadenze e priorità • Propensione alla collaborazione e al rispetto dei valori aziendali • Disponibilità da gennaio 2026 • Stage curricolare a tempo determinato di 6 mesi
