📋 Description

• Own the company's ecosystem-driven growth strategy • Drive adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape. • Own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships. • Design and own their end-to-end ecosystem strategy • Onboard the next billion people into DeFi and doing this start from ground zero

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or Web3 infra or developer-facing tech. • Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems. • You have worked at a leading DeFi protocol (Ideally top 30) • You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships. • Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams. • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments. • Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield.
