📋 Description

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend. • Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology. • Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture. • Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript. • Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS. • Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Good communication skills. • Ability to lead and inspire a team. • Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
