📋 Description

• The CQI Specialist works within the Policy and Training Unit of the Child Support Program's Central office in Raleigh, NC • Monitor, train, and provide or arrange technical assistance to the county child support programs • Responsible for working with the county in improving their program and directing the CQI process • On and off-site consultation, review of records, and review of data related to performance measures and other metrics • Building professional relationships to improve outcomes for adults, children, and families while remaining in compliance with federal regulations, North Carolina General Statutes, and Administrative Rules and Policies • Provide oversight of county administration including: • Act as the primary contact for counties • Provide technical assistance to counties • Provide basic system functionality guidance to counties • Oversee Program Performance including: • Utilizing county specific and regional data to identify areas of improvement • Conduct regionalized supervision by monitoring programs, providing feedback, and conducting IRS inspections • Utilize county specific and regional data regarding program performance measures to identify areas of deficiency or non-compliance and develop a continuous quality improvement plan

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and six years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated Experience in compliance monitoring, program reviews, and resource management • Experience with the North Carolina Child Support • Proven experience in leadership and organization • Experience in analyzing and evaluating programs and the development and presentation of reports • Proven experience using the Automated Collection and Tracking System • Demonstrated knowledge of the federal regulations, state statues, policies and procedures that govern child support services • Ability to travel extensively overnight
