📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Design and develop enterprise solutions using Object-Oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, DBMS/SQL, and Software Engineering practices. • Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture to help achieve solutions. • Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications. • Work on enabling Omni Channel Capabilities using Micro Services, Containers, Azure cloud, etc. • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop new solutions or enhance an existing solution. • Demonstrate our client values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with front-end technologies, including React and Redux for state management. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions, with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot frameworks, JBoss, and other web-related technologies. • First-hand experience in designing, deploying, and managing RESTful APIs using JSON message structures. • Experience designing cloud-based applications utilizing microservices architecture and best practices, preferably on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. • Hands-on experience with queuing and streaming solutions such as Kafka, JMS, and RabbitMQ. • Proficient in SQL (MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.). • Working experience with version control systems like GitHub and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, as well as familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Knowledge of Express.js and Node.js. • Strong experience in performance optimization techniques. • Experience with performance analysis using DevTools and APM tools (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics). • Preferred experience in the retail industry, especially within large-scale enterprise organizations, e-commerce, marketing, and self-service applications. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
