📋 Description
• Support performance management of the Dobby machine within the Textile division • Analyze and help define divisional objectives related to operational performance indicators • Ensure consolidation of financial statements during closing processes, forecasts and business planning • Analyze trends in manufacturing costs and the gross margin of products sold • Participate in industrialization and production localization projects • Create dashboards to monitor consolidated margins of Dobby machines • Prepare monthly factory performance reviews • Coordinate forecast and budgeting processes with local supply chain and controlling teams • Prepare business cases for strategic footprint and investment topics • Support Production Unit controllers in learning and deploying tools • Contribute to continuous service improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control or equivalent • Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial management control • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and SAP • Experience handling financial flows under IFRS • Proficiency in English • Rigour, proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and autonomy
