📋 Description
• Ensure compliance with quality standards • Perform root cause analysis and follow up on corrective action plans following customer complaints • Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives and product performance enhancement activities • Conduct internal and external audits • Contribute to the improvement of the quality management system in accordance with applicable standards • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze quality metrics • Represent the department at market steering committees
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer quality, ideally in the supply of equipment for industrial environments • Technical knowledge of mechanics and manufacturing processes • Quality tools: PPAP, AMDEC (FMEA), 8D, QRQC • Project management and crisis management methodologies, and strong meeting facilitation skills • Quality standards: IATF, ISO 9001, EN 9100 • Knowledge of inspection, measurement and testing • Comfortable in English; German or Chinese language skills are a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, proactive mindset and adaptability
