• Further develop Stäubli’s leading market position with efficient sales activities on assigned accounts and markets. • Responsible for developing the sales pipeline in selected focus markets and your territory. • Create new accounts and achieve market leadership. • Build and maintain close relationships with existing key accounts. • Support campaigns and proactive identification of sales-marketing opportunities. • Understand customer’s applications and requirements. • Negotiate general contracts and other customer agreements. • Follow-up on open Quotes and close the opportunities with your accounts.
• BSEE or BSME required • Minimum 5 years of successful field sales or business development experience • 5+ years in electrical machine integration, with industrial connectors a plus • Proven track record in selling electrical components to OEMs and Integrators for electrification and automation • Industry experience with high-end electrical connectors a plus • Good command of Office365 and CRM systems • Familiarity with engineering tools, e.g. AutoCAD, a plus • Affinity for automation and digital solutions
