📋 Description
• Diagnose issues and propose maintenance solutions • Carry out product repairs • Assist and advise customers on the use of our robots • Write intervention reports (CRM) • Manage off-site spare parts inventory • Provide maintenance training • Follow up with customers in collaboration with the rest of the team • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Minimum Bac+2 (2-year technical diploma) or equivalent in a technical field • Experience: Proven initial experience in a similar role, ideally in maintenance/installation of special-purpose machines • Specific knowledge: Strong technical fundamentals (mechanics, electrotechnical principles, industrial computing/automation) to understand industrial robots • Knowledge of one or more programming languages • Languages: Good command of English • Personal qualities: Autonomy, customer-service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
