📋 Description
• Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate maintenance solutions • Perform product repairs • Assist and advise customers on the operation and use of our robots • Write intervention reports (CRM) • Manage the field spare parts inventory • Provide maintenance training • Ensure customer follow-up in collaboration with the rest of the team • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to an Associate degree) in a technical field • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in maintenance/installation of special-purpose machines • Strong technical fundamentals (mechanical, electromechanical/electrotechnical, industrial computing, automation) • Knowledge of one or more programming languages • Good command of English • Autonomous, customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous
