📋 Description
• Diagnose issues and propose maintenance solutions • Perform product repairs • Assist and advise customers on the use of our robots • Write intervention reports (CRM) • Manage off-site spare parts inventory • Deliver maintenance training • Ensure customer follow-up in collaboration with the rest of the team • Contribute to continuous improvement of the service
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum two-year technical diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in maintenance/installation of special-purpose machines • Solid technical foundations (mechanics, electrotechnics, industrial IT, automation) • Knowledge of one or more programming languages • Good command of English
