📋 Description

• Manage and develop strategic customer relationships at all levels, from technical project teams to decision-makers and company executives • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions in the field of robotics and automation • Prepare and follow up on customer-specific proposals through to successful contract closure • Implement the sales and growth strategy within the defined sales territory • Maintain existing customer relationships and identify and win new business opportunities • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and customer events • Independently manage and further develop the sales territory • Work closely with inside sales and the technical departments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training with relevant further education or an equivalent qualification • Experience in robotics, automation engineering or industrial manufacturing • Experience in customer support or technical sales is a plus • Confident user of MS Office; CRM knowledge is desirable • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Denmark • Fluent German and good command of English • Strong communication skills, initiative and customer focus • Residence in Northern Germany, preferably in the greater Hamburg / Kiel area, or willingness to relocate to this region
