• Provide on-site programming, setup, and integration support • Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve issues • Optimize performance to meet cycle time and quality targets • Support commissioning and validation • Provide remote technical support via phone and email to diagnose issues, guide customers, and ensure timely resolution • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring clear communication and high service quality • Develop and modify robot programs • Implement solutions with vision, tracking, and safety systems • Customize applications to customer needs • Deliver customer and partner training • Document activities in CRM • Provide technical reports • Track project progress • Work with internal teams • Support knowledge sharing
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field • 3+ years experience in robotics or industrial automation • Strong robot programming and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation • Strong communication and customer interaction skills • Willingness to travel up to 75%
