📋 Description

• You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 10 STAYERY locations across Germany. • You support our guests during check-in and their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com). • You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA). • You ensure smooth night operations from Monday to Friday between 21:00 and 06:00. • You communicate closely with other teams and can actively help shape processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have initial experience in reservations, front office or customer support, ideally in the tourism industry. • You enjoy guest communication, like talking to guests on the phone and stay relaxed in every conversation. • You live in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and are available to start full-time from 1 Dec 2025 or 1 Jan 2026. • You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. • You speak and write German and English fluently.
