📋 Description
• You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 11 STAYERY locations across Germany. • You support our guests during arrival and their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com). • You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA). • You ensure smooth operations while working shifts on weekdays as well as on weekends and public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00. • You communicate closely with other teams and can actively help shape processes.
🎯 Requirements
• You have successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (Hotelfachmann/-frau) or hotel management clerk (Hotelkaufmann/-frau). • Initial experience in reservations or front office. • You enjoy communicating with guests. • You speak and write fluent German and English. • You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. • You live in Germany (working from abroad is not possible).
