📋 Description

• Complete online and phone quote requests • Make outbound prospect calls • Manage a lead funnel and sell all available personal lines products • Provide quotes to Spanish speaking callers using the language line • Follow up with customers regarding signed applications, payments and additional documents needed for current and/or future policies as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Active Property and Casualty License • Minimum of (1) year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience • Excellent phone, internet, communication skills and critical thinking ability • Good organizational skills with ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
