📋 Description
• Work within the fundamentals - TypeScript, Javascript • Build user-facing applications • Work within small team with end-to-end product ownership • Significantly shape the product and engineering culture as the team grows
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering • Prior experience working at early-stage startups, ideally as one of the first ten to twenty employees • Demonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Think and operate like a founding engineer • Quick to adapt and eager to learn, especially in AI-enabled product contexts • A bias for action and fast experimentation • Craftsmanship in software development, with strong attention to detail, performance, and polish • Collaborative, humble, and user-first in thinking • Exposure to mobile app development is a plus
