📋 Description

• We're building a healthcare clearinghouse. HIPAA transactions (claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, remittances) are exchanged via a standardized X12 format. Stedi is building the world’s only API-first clearinghouse, offering modern API interfaces alongside real-time and batch EDI processes. We’re hiring a data analyst to leverage data to eliminate toil, enhance our product offering, improve customer outcomes, and discover payer trends. • What you’ll do: Analyze payer performance; Create actionable reports; Payer research projects; Document patterns; Manage the backlog of issues in Linear related to analytics and data needs. • Who you are: You have exceptional analytical skills; You know the tech stack; You create and execute your own work; You do what it takes; You move quickly; You are a “bottom feeder.” • Nice to have: Healthcare experience; AWS data stack experience. • At Stedi, we’re looking for people who are deeply curious and aligned to our ways of working. You're an expert with data visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • You create and execute your own work: You notice patterns others miss and dig deep to understand root causes. You've identified data issues or operational inefficiencies that led to meaningful improvements. • You do what it takes to get the job done: You are resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours. • You move quickly: We move quickly as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to payers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it. • You are a “bottom feeder”: You thrive on the details.
