⢠Responsible for proactive management and dealer development in the sales territory of eastern Germany ⢠Actively advise and support dealers to increase market share within the territory ⢠Acquire and manage new and existing customers ⢠Prepare quotes, including preparation and follow-up ⢠Participate in trade shows, events and on-site demonstrations with dealers and end customers ⢠Continuous market and competitor monitoring
⢠Experience in sales of construction machinery, attachments or technical capital goods ⢠Completed commercial or technical vocational training ⢠Solid technical understanding and/or practical knowledge of excavators, attachments and construction-site operations ⢠Market knowledge of construction machinery, attachments and quick couplers ⢠Independent, goal-oriented and highly organized working style ⢠High willingness to travel to cover the sales territory ⢠Good English skills are desirable ⢠User proficiency in common computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office) ⢠Residence within the sales territory
