•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

• The role is a Customer Success Manager position within Steer Health.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and expand the use of Steer Health products among customers.
• The role requires working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and risk management.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customer onboarding, health checks, and proactive alerting will be part of the role.
• The successful candidate will also conduct quarterly business reviews, collect customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting customers.
• Strategic analysis of customer portfolios for clients will be required.
