• Serve as the anticipated Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) responsible for overall task order performance • Direct and manage DoW purchase card program activities in accordance with contract requirements • Ensure sufficient staffing and coverage during core hours (0600-1700 EST) to meet all deliverables • Oversee electronic business (e-business) systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits, and administration • Manage the administration and oversight of the DoW purchase card program end-to-end • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, delegations, and audit activity • Perform business process mapping and document and monitor internal controls • Analyze data to identify trends and improve program metrics • Identify and remediate control gaps and process inefficiencies • Interpret DoW, DON, and other federal regulations and apply requirements to the GCPC program • Communicate policy, procedures, regulations, and program changes to stakeholders at all levels • Support audits and respond to program change initiatives as required
• U.S. Citizenship required • Eight (8) years of specialized experience in Government purchase card or simplified acquisition • Bachelor's Degree • Eight (8) years of experience managing and directing DoW projects and programs • Experience with e-business systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits, and administration • Experience with business process mapping and documenting internal controls • Experience analyzing data to improve metrics • Experience communicating policy, procedures, regulations, and program changes, initiatives, and other requirements • Ability to interpret DoW, DON, and other federal regulations and apply requirements to the GCPC program • Ability to pass standard federal background vetting to obtain a CAC and remote access credentials
