📋 Description

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead end-to-end development (architecture, frontend and backend) of innovative computer vision products targeted at industry. • AI & Deep Learning Core: Build robust data pipelines, train advanced models, and process/analyze data to produce critical insights. • Hardware–Software Integration: Design solutions that seamlessly integrate AI models with CCTV and industrial camera systems. • API & Data Development: Develop high-performance REST APIs and integrate with relational databases to support production applications and analytical systems. • Strategic Decision Making: Define the best technologies, tools and approaches to optimize workflows and solution architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Product and AI mindset; • Solution Design & MLOps: Solid experience across the full lifecycle of AI projects (from data collection and annotation to training, validation, optimization and production deployment); • Deep Learning & Frameworks: Proficiency building pipelines using Python, PyTorch and TensorFlow; • Data Handling: Hands-on experience with OpenCV, Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-Learn; • Computer Vision Systems: Experience configuring/integrating industrial cameras, CCTV and real-time applications (such as object detection and classification); • Optimization for Edge/Constrained Environments: Experience optimizing models for high-performance inference in embedded and industrial environments with strict latency requirements; • Cross-platform: Ability to integrate vision models for image validation across multiple fronts (Mobile, Web, Desktop, Wearables, Servers or databases); • High-Performance Backend: Proficiency in Python; • Frontend & Industrial Interfaces: Knowledge of modern user interface (UI) development, enabling end-to-end product delivery (from model to interaction). Preferably using Angular, HTML and CSS.
