📋 Description

• Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) • Execute requests by configuring and testing Sophie (Chatbot) • Understand client needs and implement solutions on the platform • **Note:** The role does not involve AI development; it focuses on chatbot analysis and management activities.

• Fluency in English • Completed higher education • Excellent communication skills, as you will interact with different stakeholders • Proactivity and the ability to work independently • Analytical skills to understand context and suggest improvements
