📋 Description

• Receive and register claim notifications • Review enrollment, medical, and legal documentation • Assess coverage, policy validity, waiting periods, and insured eligibility • Interpret medical reports, certificates, and other claim evidence • Identify signs of fraud and refer cases for investigation when necessary • Prepare technical opinions to approve or deny coverage • Authorize or recommend indemnity payments within the applicable approval limits • Provide support and clarification to beneficiaries, brokers, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies • Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround-time indicators • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process review initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Strong knowledge of individual and group life insurance • Knowledge of basic and additional coverage, including natural death, accidental death, IPA (Permanent Total Disability due to Accident), IFPD (Permanent Total Disability due to Illness), DIH (Daily Hospital Income), and critical illnesses • Knowledge of policy terms and conditions and contractual clauses • Basic knowledge of reinsurance • Knowledge of beneficiary analysis and succession order
