📋 Description

• Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform; • Develop and maintain workflows, flows, and automations using Flow Designer; • Create and customize forms, tables, Business Rules, ACLs, and access rules; • Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts; • Participate in the implementation and support of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes; • Manage the Service Catalog, SLAs, and support queues; • Maintain and evolve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database); • Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; • Work collaboratively with infrastructure, operations, and service governance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology or related fields; • Experience in development and administration of the ServiceNow platform; • Strong knowledge of JavaScript; • Experience with Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts; • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations; • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices; • Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA management. • Desired • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD; • Knowledge of integrations with SAP, Jira, and monitoring tools; • Experience in Cloud environments; • Knowledge of Service Governance and IT Asset Management; • ServiceNow and/or ITIL certification.
