📋 Description

• Service Desk support, performing triage, logging, analysis, and resolution of incidents and requests; • Remote support for systems, access, network, hardware, and corporate software; • Logging and tracking tickets through an ITSM tool; • Adherence to SLAs and escalation according to severity/criticality; • Clear and accessible communication, including service in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) when required; • Contribution to continuous improvement of support processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completed technical diploma in Technology-related fields; • Experience or knowledge in Technical Support / Service Desk; • Familiarity with ticketing tools; • Proficiency in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) – required.
